New motorsport web site?s a winner!

Team GVR?s new motorsport web site has proved to be a great success. Not only does it give information about the team and drivers, but also news and pictures from the Michelin Porsche Club and Porsche Open championships.

In support of these championships teamgvr.com invites drivers and teams to submit their race reports and photographs after each round, which are then published on the web site.

?We feel this is a great way of increasing awareness of the Porsche Club and Open events? said Gordon Wardle, team manager ?there?s a great atmosphere in the paddock as many teams and drivers have competed against each other frequently over the years and our web site gives everybody the opportunity to share their news, thoughts and pictures after each round.?

The site has also received excellent support from motorsport and local photographers. The gallery is updated with photographs that competitors and fans can view a day or so after each event.

The site was launched a month ago and has received a fantastic number of site ?hits? and enquiries.

Team GVR expect that the continuing awareness of their web site will mean this weekends meeting at Silverstone [11 May] with both Michelin Porsche Club and Porsche Open rounds, will result in even more drivers and teams sharing their news and pictures after the event.
